A private counseling practice serving children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. Issues addressed include self-esteem, depression, anxiety, adjustment, school and behavioral issues, parenting, trauma, child maltreatment, relationship issues, and many others.
Services are provided through individual, family and sometimes group counseling formats and are customized to meet the individual needs of each person seeking the services. Suzie has specialized expertise in child maltreatment issues relating to children, adults, parents, siblings, and other affected individuals.
Suzie particularly enjoys working with non-offending parents in cases of child maltreatment. Suzie is able to directly bill Medicaid and Health Choice, and Suzie is also able to accept some insurances—please call her directly for specific plan questions.
Suzie also teaches profession training classes, offers supervision, case consultation, expert testimony, and other services as well on a case-by-case basis—again, please call her with your specific questions.
