Frequently asked questions

1. Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, new and returning clients are encouraged to contact us via the referral form or at info@rewworks.com.

2. Do you accept all insurance?
Currently we accept Medicaid, North Carolina Health Choice, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and TriCare; however, most insurance allow you to go outside of your network. Please check with your insurance to determine your coverage.

3. I do not have insurance. Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, and we also have a sliding scale fee that is determined on a case by case basis for eligible clients.

4. I have a child in my custody through foster care. Can I make referral?
No, a referral must be made through your Social Worker; however, appointments will be scheduled with you if you will be bringing the child to his/her appointments.

5. How long does it take to get an appointment?
There is no waiting list with Rew Works Counseling Services, PLLC. Once you submit your referral you will be contacted within 72 hours and the first available appointment that also meets your time schedule will be given to you.

6. How do I select a therapist?
Once you submit your referral, your need along with the time you indicate is desired for appointments will be matched with one of our licensed therapist.

7. Do you have a bilingual therapist? No, we do not currently have a bilingual therapist; however, we are skilled in working with clients with diverse backgrounds and varied cultures. Please contact us at info@rewworks.com if you need more information

8. Do you provide in-home counseling?
No, we do not provide in-home counseling. All therapy is provided at our office.
